About Aaron

Aaron Rosales, smiling, outdoors among green plants

I know what it's like to be good at getting through, and then to reach a season where getting through isn't enough anymore. I don't think there's a single fix for that. I do think the hard seasons are where people find out what really matters to them. I've found a few key skills and perspectives that can help get you unstuck and access new vitality.

The existential questions about meaning and purpose matter deeply to me, and I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Liberation Psychology in our work together. What Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is.

I keep a small practice: at most fifteen clients at a time, with a waitlist for non-urgent needs. The rest of my week goes to Brio, a nonprofit I co-founded that supports mental health in and through teachers, so children can build lives of agency, joy and purpose even in tough circumstances.
